Notes Thought for the day…Don’t be the type of person who passes on opportunities. How many times in your life have you missed out on something fun, meeting someone awesome, or finding a big break in your career because you just didn’t feel like returning a message or going to a party full of people you didn’t know well enough?
Am I saying that you should always say yes? Or that you should always accept the invite? No, I’m not. All I’m saying is this…
…Sometimes, you have to find comfort in vulnerability, and you have to put yourself in position to make life happen. No one is going to give you a job. No one is going to find you someone to love. No one is going to hand you your goals. The only one who has ANY control is YOU. Make something happen, and if all else fails, take comfort in knowing you didn’t miss out on something real.
